Guest Safety in the Winter Months

Your guests may not be accustomed to the cold, icy weather in the Smoky Mountains. In the winter, ice and snow accumulate on steps and walkways leading to the entrance of your cabin. Don’t let your guest slip on ice!

Ice melt is a great tool to help avoid accidents. Ask your Rental or cleaning company to routinely spread ice melt in the winter months and instruct them to put a container of ice melt at the front entrance for guests to use during their stay.

It’s a small thing that can help avoid big costs and headaches later! You’ll be glad you did.
